Dental pro model resin is one of the best dental model resin for all cases like orthodontic, restoration, implants etc.

  • Wavelength: 405nm
  • Compatible with All LCD 3D Printers with 405nm
  • Avoid lighting - store in provided container in a cool dry place
  • Avoid direct skin contact; wash with water after touching the resin

The exposure time should be adjusted according to the projection light type and power of the printer. 

For best results, please allow any bubbles in the resin to dissipate after pouring and before printing.

This resin requires longer than normal exposure times. 

  • Monochrome LCD (Anycubic Mono, Creality Halot One, Elegoo MARS 3, etc.)
    • Set bottom layer 20-60s and each layer exposure time 2.5-4.5s for layer thickness at 50 μm. 

When printing with ordinary FEP/PFA film, the recommended lifting distance is as below:

  • <7'' screen size, lifting distance: 6mm
  • 7-10”screen size, lifting distance:8-10mm
  • 10.1”screen size, lifting distance:11mm
  • 13.3”screen size, lifting distance:14mm
  • 15” screen size, lifting distance:15mm
