Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Representation of products

We reserve the right to alter, without notice, the range of products, prices of products and terms and conditions of sale before you place an order. Please note product shades and shapes may vary. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale without notice.

Acknowledgement of Order

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Delivery

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’. Some of our products are fragile. Whilst every care will be taken to deliver the goods safely, inevitably some breakages may occur. In this event we will replace the damaged goods.

If we are not able to deliver the whole of the order at one time for any reason including operational reasons or shortage of stock, we will deliver the order in installments. We will not charge you extra delivery costs for this. If you ask us to deliver the order in installments, we may charge you extra delivery costs. Each installment shall constitute a separate contract. If we are late delivering an installment or one installment is faulty, that will not entitle you to cancel any other installment. The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery to you.

We may decline to deliver the goods if:

  • Mailing information given on your order form is incomplete or inaccurate.
  • We believe that it would be unsafe, unlawful or unreasonably difficult to do so.
  • The premises (or access to them) are unsuitable for the delivery vehicles or your address is not in the courier coverage area.
  • If you fail to take delivery of the order
  • We shall have no liability for late delivery.

Payment Option

We accept Bank Transfer, Telenor EasyPaisa as Payment Method. Payment not deposited in our account within 3 days for Orders will be canceled with or without any notice.

Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Vertex 3D. We strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience and customer service. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any product, we have outlined our refund policy below for your reference:

1. Eligibility for Refund:

– Refunds are applicable within 24 Hours from the date of purchase

– The Product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories included.

2. Refund Process:

– Provide your order number, purchase details, and reason for the refund request.

– Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions.

3. Inspection and Approval:

– Once we receive the returned the product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund eligibility criteria.

– If the product is deemed eligible for a refund, we will proceed with the refund process.

– We have the right to disapprove any return warranty claims if the item is damaged, altered or modified in any way due to misuse, abuse,

attempted repair etc. or if item are damaged due to liquid or moisture exposure, also if the item is damaged due to voltage fluctuations.

4. Refund Options:

– Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.

– Please allow 7-10 working Days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

– Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, such as consumables (filaments, resin, etc.) unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.

– Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

-There will be check warranty for 3D Printers/Imported items at Showroom

-Customer need to collect 3D printer from our showroom or Vertex 3D can select shipping method based on customer instruction with all risk

6. Return Shipping:

– The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs in its original condition and all postal costs or other costs incurred when returning the product(s), unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

– We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

Information you enter into our registration forms may be collected and stored by us so that we may contact you in relation to the nature of your attempted transaction, even if you do not confirm the transaction. This may be used to send operational emails to enquire as to why the purchase was not completed. We will not use this data for any other purpose, we will not store it for longer than necessary and we certainly will not share it with any other company. Our aim is simply to provide you with the highest level of service that we can.

Invalidity of Terms and Conditions

If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable; the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected. There is no warranty for imported products & will fall only under check warranty.
