Light Turbo 3.0 lighting system with COB light source and Fresnel lens

The Photon Mono M7 Max uses Lightbulb 3.0 technology in combination with a COB light source and a Fresnel lens that are calibrated at the factory. The innovative technology ensures that a light intensity within an angle of ≤ 3° is emitted onto the printing area with a uniformity of ≥ 90%. This means there are no disturbing light sources that could affect the 13.6-inch black and white screen surface.

7K screen for razor-sharp details

The impressive 13.6-inch monochrome 7K screen (6480 x 3600 pixels) of the Photon Mono M7 Max offers a razor-sharp resolution of 46 x 46 microns on the X and Y axes. This makes printing a unique experience - with a minimum layer thickness of just 0.1 mm and an incredible speed of up to 63 mm/h!

A clever algorithm and a series of integrated mechanical sensors allow the peel-off force of the model to be calculated precisely. Thanks to the highly accurate calculations, the printing platform is raised in real-time for each individual layer to exactly the height required by the sliced model data. This significantly increases the success rate when printing high-quality models.

By using advanced mechanical sensors, the state of the resin flow is monitored in real-time. Combined with an improved speed control feature, the curing time for each individual layer is optimally adjusted based on the sliced model data. This precise tuning guarantees exact exposure of the surface of each layer, ensuring impressive details and flawless surface quality.

Resin Vat with dynamic temperature control

The Photon Mono M7 Max's innovative temperature control system automatically preheats the resin to a comfortable 25 °C. Strategically placed high-performance heating strips with 120W power surround the resin tank and ensure that the resin is heated evenly from the outside to the inside.

The platform automatically moves up and down to ensure it reaches the entire resin area evenly. Once printing starts, the system automatically stops the heating function - this saves energy and ensures hassle-free operation.

For creative minds who prefer a more individual approach, there is the option of manually preheating the resin within a temperature range of 25 to 40 °C. This way, you can respond specifically to the requirements of different materials and get the most out of your printer!

Resin Recycling Management

The Photon Mono M7 Max 's advanced Air Pump module works hand in hand with a precise sensor that monitors the remaining resin during the printing process. This means that the resin tank is automatically refilled depending on how much resin is used.
