PLA is the most common material in 3D printing as it's easy to print and inexpensive. Meanwhile, its stiffness and strength can meet most printing needs.
What is PLA Matte?
Based on our acclaimed PLA, this matte PLA has been especially formulated to provide a texture finish, with the visual impact of reduced layer visibility. PLA Matte is easy to print with and is available in a wide variety of colors to suit application.
PLA-Matte is a cost-effective matte PLA filament that is environmentally friendly and easy to print. Compared with ABS, matte PLA has higher rigidity and PC-like strength and does not require a closed cavity. PLA matte filament has low shrinkage, no warping and no cracking quality, and suitable for large-size model printing; The support is easy to peel from the surface.
PLA Matte filaments can be more abrasive than regular PLA, as such we recommend the use of a hardened / steel nozzle
AI LiDAR Takes Care of the First Layer
Still worry about the first layer? Just leave it all to the AI LiDAR of K1 Max.The 1 μm resolution LiDAR will scan the first layer on its own. It will pause printing and tell you immediately if something goes wrong.
AI Camera Keeps a Keen Watch
K1 Max uses an AI camera to watch over spaghetti failure, foreign objects, debris, etc.
It will alert you when an error occurs.
It also supports real-time monitoring and creates time-lapses for sharing.
Hands-free Auto Leveling
Strain sensors in the heatbed generate an accurate leveling mesh for auto compensation. A G-sensor in the printhead measures the resonance frequencies of high-speed printing and shapes the input to mitigate it.
